  • Rony Shreberk-Hassidim serves as a Senior Physician in the Department of Dermatology at Hadassah Medical Center with a focus on dermatology and dermato-oncology. She earned her medical degree at Tel Aviv University, where she conducted thesis research on osteosarcoma cell lines under Prof. Ronit Satchi-Fainaro. Her residency at Hadassah Hebrew University Medical Center included important research on immune checkpoint receptors in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma in Prof. Michal Lotem’s lab.
  • Shreberk-Hassidim completed a fellowship at Dr. David E. Fisher’s lab at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, where she pioneered non-invasive imaging protocols for detecting nevi and melanoma, advancing early detection and understanding of melanoma formation.
  • With over 25 peer-reviewed publications in dermatology and dermato-oncology, Dr. Shreberk-Hassidim is a recognized leader in her field. As a Clinical Instructor and Director of Dermatology Education at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, she has earned multiple awards for excellence in teaching and leadership.
  • Currently, Dr. Shreberk-Hassidim is leading the establishment of a Center for Molecular Detection of Skin Cancer, supported by significant donations. She is also spearheading the implementation of Israel’s most advanced digital mole mapping system, revolutionizing early skin cancer detection with cutting-edge technology.
